At BE Ultimate, we stand behind the quality of our performance gear and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all non-customized apparel. Items must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to ensure a smooth transition back into our inventory.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place your items securely in the original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Ship Your Gear
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Processing & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
